Cat is a registered Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist and Coach with over 20 years experience supporting children, young people and adults with autism, ADHD and mental health challenges. She has a strong interest in mindfulness and meditation and aims to make sessions with clients as solution focused, interactive and enjoyable as possible.

Experience in NHS:

I worked within the NHS for 5 years (acute mental health and community paediatrics) and then for the charity sector where I managed an outreach team embedded in CAMHS.experience in neurodevelopmental disorders:I worked as a Community Paediatric OT from 2014-2015 where I assessed for ADHD, ASD, Dyspraxia, Global Developmental Delay etc. Through my private work as a children's therapist I have worked a lot with ADHD / ASC and am a trained diagnostician in ADOS-2. I have also worked for 5 years as a Consultant Occupational Therapist for the National Autistic Society, supervising management staff and supporting residents in supported accommodation to gain independence and access the community
