Ms Stoencheva is a Neurodevelopmental Worker who is currently on a rotational program within the NHS which means her practice is based in a range of clinical settings.

My Story

Background

Ms Stoencheva has a BSc in Psychology from the University of London and a Master's Degree from University College London. She is currently doing further training in psychology. 


Experience

She has extensive experience in administering diagnostic pre-assessments for ASC and ADHD in adults including the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS- 2) and is actively involved in education and research in the field.

 

Ms Stoencheva has worked in the NHS for 10 years and she has worked with the Effra Clinic for 5 years.


Other information

Ms Stoencheva has a particular interest in how diagnoses are constructed in society and what this means for people who are diagnosed with ASC and ADHD. Her broad range in clinical and research experience includes work on projects involving genetic conditions associated with ASC and ADHD, twin projects, and child development.
