My Story

I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience in working therapeutically with

neurodivergent children and young people, those with disabilities and their families. I have extensive

experience in the assessment, diagnosis and support of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism

Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Intellectual Disabilities as well as developing psychological formulations

for children and young people who do not fit into these diagnostic ‘boxes’ but who would benefit from

further understanding of their particular skills and needs.

I have specialist skills in providing psychological support and treatment to neurodivergent children,

young people and their families who experience difficulties with emotional regulation, behaviours of

distress, eating and sleeping. I draw upon several therapeutic models in my formulation and therapeutic

work including ACT, CBT, psychodynamic and systemic ideas.
