Adele is a Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, trained at Tavistock Relationships. She is also a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock and Portman, with twenty years' experience working in the NHS.

Adele offers consultation to parents and parent work sessions as well as psychoanalytic psychotherapy to couples who would like support with their emotional lives and their relationship. She has a great deal of experience working with parents and couples who are under strain due to the ongoing demands and needs of family life, particularly with families where there are neurodiverse family members. Work is usually in-person in central London and not online.
