Adele is a Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, trained at Tavistock Relationships. She is also a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock and Portman, with twenty years' experience working in the NHS.

Adele offers psychoanalytic psychotherapy to couples who would like support with their emotional lives and their relationship. She has a great deal of experience working with couples who are under strain due to the ongoing demands and needs of family life, particularly with families where there are neurodiverse children. Work is usually in person in central London and not online. 

Registered with British Psychoanalytic Council and Association of Child Psychotherapists.
